Mashed Celery and Potato

Serves 6
One large bunch of celery, washed, with both ends
removed
3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into large
pieces
2 tblsp of the pareve sour cream
Salt, pepper, and nutmeg
Cut the celery into large pieces. Place the potatoes and celery
in water and cook, covered, until tender. Drain the water off. Puree the
potatoes and celery together in a blender or food processor. Slowly add water
and sour cream until you have the desired thickness. Season according to your
taste.
