Passover Meat and Vegetable Terrine (Ma-gee-nah)

Meguina (ma-gee-nah) is a delicious terrine traditionally served cold on the first day of Passover. Do not use peas if you are not allowed kitniyot for Passover (just add more carrots).
Serves 6
10 cooked beef meatballs (use leftovers from Meatball and Pea Stew)
1 cup (120 g) frozen peas
1 carrot, peeled and diced
8 eggs
Salt and pepper
Canola oil or cooking spray
Preheat oven at 450 F/ 230 C degrees. Smash meatballs in a large bowl. Add peas, diced carrots, salt and pepper, and eggs. Heavily spray a 13x9 inch cake pan. Put empty pan for 5 minutes into oven. Carefully remove from oven, pour meat mixture into pan. Bake at 450 F/230 C degrees for 15 minutes and at 380 F/190 C degrees for 30 minutes. Serve cold.
