Goat Cheese Tart
Tarts are very big in France. They can be sweet ( and eaten as a dessert), but they can also be salt based, and eaten as an entree (accompanied with a salad).
It is very common in France for the lunch of Shavuot to serve an assortment of tarts and salads.
1 frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed
8 oz (230 g) goat cheese
1 Tbsp sour cream
1 tsp parsley, chopped
½ cup milk
1 Tbsp flour
Salt, pepper, ground nutmeg to taste

Mix together in a medium bowl goat cheese, sour cream, eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Pour mixture over pastry sheet.
Bake at 425F degrees (220 C) for 20 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
